After moving to Seattle in 1989 I fell in love with the city and the surrounding areas I still love living here and take advantage of everything the area offers. I would love to help you find the perfect fit for your next home.
I've got your move covered beginning to end.
I began my Real Estate career selling homes for a large National Builder and won a NHAB National Rookie of the Year Award in 2008/2009. With 38 Closings in my first year it was a busy year of learning and success. I have worked with both Sellers and Buyers and have had 100's successful transactions.
We love where we live! I currently live in North Bend, WA. My family loves our small town in the mountains, skiing 25 minutes away, and our resident elk herd. Being 30 minutes from the city we can also enjoy the best of Seattle & Bellevue. I have lived in several of Seattle most desirable neighborhoods - Queen Anne, Greenlake, Ballard, Capitol Hill, and Lake Ridge. Before moving to North Bend I worked and lived in Redmond. While enjoying all these neighborhoods, I have experienced the Puget Sound commutes firsthand and continue to work all over King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Each area has it's own vibe and unique features. I love helping my clients find the place that feels like home.
It is always an honor to work with my clients through some of their largest decisions and transactions. I don't take that trust lightly. Working with many families multiple times over the last couple decades has meant the world to me. I would love the opportunity to talk with you about your plans.
