A Pacific Northwest girl at heart, I spent my childhood in Juneau, AK full of glaciers, whales, & one of a kind adventures. Next I was off to Oregon to earn a BA of Fine Art & Education at the University of Oregon in Eugene. Shortly after graduating, I made a move to Washington. A Seattle area resident since 1989 I have lived and worked in several Seattle/Puget Sound area neighborhoods.
My Real Estate career began in 2007. With a prior 25+ years in hospitality and 20+ years in portrait photography & studio management, I bring a unique broad skill set and creative solutions to my work. I began working in Builder Sales in 2008. In 2009, I was honored to be a recipient of the National Rookie of the Year Silver Award from the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders). With over a decade new home sales experience & hundreds of successful transactions, I have the knowledge to help you sell your current property, find your next home, or secure a great investment. My additional certifications include: LEED Green Associate (USGBC), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Professional Photographer (PPA). Over the years I have also worked with both Buyers and Sellers and understand transactions from both sides. From beginning to end, I've got you covered.
Currently living east of Seattle in the Cascade Foothills, I'm still that PNW girl, and a busy mom, active community volunteer, and photographer. Still looking for adventures.
